Payment Policy

What checkout does

The request form sends your product IDs, chosen garment size and quantities. Server validation uses the store catalogue rather than trusting a customer-supplied price. Successful intake saves the request and displays a reference on an English thank-you page. That reference is not a payment receipt or a guarantee of availability.

Currency and subtotal

Catalogue and product prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). The cart subtotal is the sum of selected product prices multiplied by quantity. Shipping and any applicable taxes are confirmed separately and are not silently included in that subtotal. Ask for the complete agreed amount before paying.

Confirmation before payment

After submitting, resolve the actual product details, availability, delivery address, shipping cost and any other relevant conditions with the merchant. Payment instructions are arranged separately after these details are agreed. No particular processor, card brand, bank-transfer service or instalment plan is represented as installed on this website.

Protecting payment information

Do not enter card numbers or security codes in order notes, email or other free-text fields. If a payment is later arranged, use only the channel actually agreed with the merchant and check the identity and amount. Contact the merchant through the canonical details below if instructions appear unexpected or inconsistent.

Errors and duplicate requests

A validation or storage failure must not be described as acceptance. The checkout retains the browser cart and draft form so you can correct a problem and retry. Repeated submission with the same request key is treated idempotently to avoid a second intake record. Refreshing the thank-you page does not create another request.

Evidence and payment disputes

Keep the request reference and any later order and payment confirmation. The storefront does not assert that an email was delivered merely because a request was saved. If you believe a separately arranged payment is incorrect, provide the relevant reference through the merchant contact; never send full card credentials as evidence.
